Product Description
Launcher Titanium 460cc Driver The Launcher 460 has been a favorite among mid-high handicappers, but don't forget that it was also used by Shaun Micheel to win the 2003 PGA Championship. New technology from Cleveland Golf has made it possible for golf clubs to be more effective and powerful than ever before. The Launcher 460 produces a higher launch angle with lower backspin for more carry and increased roll, and also offers an increased moment of inertia, reducing the amount of lost distance on off-center hits. The rules of golf dictate that a driver face can only offer a certain amount of spring-like effect (known as the Coefficient of Restitution or C.O.R.). The USGA has officially ruled that the maximum amount of C.O.R. allowed in a golf club is .830. The New Launcher 460 precisely meets this legal limit, allowing you to post all of your scores. You'll be able to put this club into play in any tournament at any golf course and feel confident that you're getting the distance, great feel and accuracy of the most technologically advanced club in the game.

5 out of 5 stars WOW...What a Driver!   July 24, 2004

This is the first expensive driver I ever bought and believe me I picked the right one. I found it at the Bass Pro Shop (they have a golf dept inside) on sale for $229.99. That's $70. cheap than anywhere else I've been. I bought it without even trying it out, which could have been a mistake. The next day I went to the driving range and tried it out. I had to hit off regular size tees because I left the large size tees I bought at home. I was a little disappointed until I found a large tee on the ground next to were I was hitting. From then on all my drives were long and straight..mostly around 230-275 yards. For me that is l-o-n-n-g...
